The hotel was ideal for our stay in Birmingham. We were able to walk to the concert, the room was clean and comfortable. The parking was perfect and the overall price was very reasonable.

Stylish, clean and comfortable.Great valuegood location for city centreBlind in room broke upon arrival. Breakfast poor. No fried eggs,mushrooms or tomatoes. Lift took forever. Reception staff never smiled.

Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful stay even it was only for one night. I would love to stay there again and recommend it to my family and friends.Only problem was the lock on the bathroom door didn't work, a frosted glass sliding door, didn't really matter.

Location to the city and indoor arena.Close to a good and varied selection of restaurants.Good sized bedroom with good facilities.Excellent car parking arrangements.A secure hotel.Room was a bit cold and heating kept going off - resulting in waking up during the night - cold.Bedding seemed to be only a summer duvet - so not very warm :(-see above comment.Perhaps better signage to say that you pay for car park at reception - bit of a guessing game at the moment :(

Handy for Christmas market. Excellent value at the price we paidHad no sleep at all due to the night club next door. I know this is not the hotels fault but I felt let down. Music was on until at least 4am!

The room was very good and I would use this hotel again.1. The lifts.Slow to resond to call. One lift is reserved for service use only which i smost often empty and could potentially be used for guests.2. Check out.Too slow. Not enough staff at the desk.

The hotel was very clean, i loved the rooms the beds were so comfy the best ive ever slept in and the lovely bathroom with its huge walk in shower but i would have liked a bath in thereThe lifts were hit and miss, its a pain having to swipe your room card all the time but it does help security wise, also only scrambled eggs at breakfast no fryed or boiled/poached did miss thet

Cleanliness was very good as so was the standard of the bedroom and shower, staff were very attentive and polite and breakfast was superb, overall brilliant stay, will def return. :)Breakfast had low variety. One more things that we didnt like, is that we got to the hotel at 11:30 and weren't allowed to check in until 2, while our friends were checked in at 12, the same day!

The hotel was modern and clean. It was well located for the Broad Street ammenities and close to Birmingham centre.It was excellent value for money.The breakfast was very good.The rooms were excellent.We didn't find the hotel car park at the rear of the hotel. There were no clear signs indicating where is was. We had to walk back around the road in the rain.We were told afterwards that the hotel car park has a rear entrance into the hotel - that would have saved us getting wet.

Clean and friendly staff. Had a problem with key to room when we checked in and they swapped it straight away with no hassle.Also mentioned that I did not like lift and she changed our room from the 9th floor to a lower floor so we could walk up the stairs easily.Breakfast was just mad especially on Saturday and Sunday.This was well flagged on notices around the hotel but maybe Management should look at extending breakfast especially at weekends till 11am.

Couldn't really fault the facilities & location - excellent staythe bed was hard and uncomfortable, very expensive for basic accomadation.

It had been beautiful experience while staying there. Very clean,very friendly staff. Everything was genuine.I will always stay there, and will always recommend.The lift in the hotel was very confusing because at one point we couldn't get to our room unless room card was swiped, then on other occasions we didn't need to swipe card and got to our room.

The Hampton by Hilton range of hotels are an excellent std of hotel and fantastic value. The one on Broad Street is so central for everthing in Birmingham,not a good menu for the size of the hotelwas not able to get a nice cup of coffeebathroom door would not closewas not told we needed to get car park ticket down at desk so had to run back up

Excellent bathroom facilities especially having conditioner, handwash and moisturiser. Good air con. Superb plug socket placement.General location.Needed new room keys almost every time we returned, and had to goall the way downto reception to get new ones. No reception area as such - on 3rd floor, in a corridor next to the breakfast, so rather too crowded for check-in and out.Room very cold on first night, and no extra blankets available. The air-con was noisy.They eventually brought an extra duvet for the 2nd night !.Lifts were unpredictable .

Rooms Clean and well appointed.Breakfast excellent. Staff very helpful once we were signed in. Liked the soap/shampoo dispensers in shower and basin area. Very good position for ICC and central BirminghamNo parking spaces available,had to find a space to park opposite and carry luggage across road and up the spiral car park entrance.Although it stated in details that there was parking available. On arrival at desk fully loaded I was then asked to produce debit card which was in luggage. Altogether a bad start to the stay. Did not like the bathroom door arrangement. Sheets not properly put on bed probably due to the fixed cupboard next to the bed, making it hard to fit the sheets properly.

The bathroom is lovely. Hotel feels very secure (reception is on 3rdfloor and you can only go higher than 3rd floor by swiping your room keyin the lift). Some amazing views of the city. Location is great.Check out was a shambles, too many people in one area as reception area was too small. Had to wait a long time for the lifts. Staff weren't too friendly
