The checkout time is strictly 11:00. Please note that an additional fee of AED 1800 will apply for check-out after 11:00. The property needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If the property discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), it fully reserves the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that the minimum age for check-in is 18.
