There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge of AED 1800 if the property discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.).

The checkout time is strictly 11:00. Please note that an additional fee of AED 1800 will apply for check-out after 11:00. The property needs more time to prepare the home for the next guest and wants to ensure we deliver our property on time and of the best quality. Please respect the check-out time, and remain fair to the next guests.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
