**Minimum Check-in Age**
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in.

**Check-in Process**
This is a self-check-in property. Guests may check in from our standard check-in time of 4:00 PM onwards.

**Late Check-in Surcharge**
For check-ins after 9:00 PM, a mandatory surcharge of AED 150 applies and must be paid in advance. This is a requirement from the building management, as a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. To ensure a seamless arrival experience, please provide your estimated arrival time in advance.

**ID Requirement**
In compliance with local regulations set by DET and relevant authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted prior to arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents immediately after booking confirmation to facilitate a smooth check-in process.

**No Smoking Policy**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor, ashes, or cigarette butts, will result in a minimum fine of AED 1,800.

**Checkout & Penalties**
Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of AED 1,800. This policy ensures our team has sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guest while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness. We kindly ask all guests to respect the checkout time to avoid any inconvenience.

**Additional Services**
Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
