Late Check-in Surcharge
For check-ins after 9:00 PM, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management, as a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement
As per local regulations (DET and other authorities), a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. To ensure a smooth check-in, we strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed.

No Smoking Policy
We enforce a strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty
Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will result in a penalty of AED 1800. This ensures our team has sufficient time to prepare the home for the next guest, maintaining high cleanliness standards. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions.

Additional Services
Housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee during your stay.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
