This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

Please keep the space clean and make sure not to leave any food in the refrigerator, to wash all your dishes and to take out any trash from the kitchen and the bathroom.

It is strictly forbidden to park or even to stop next to a garage with a "Do not stop" sign in the neighbourhood. There are a few free parking spots in the street and a parking garage about 100m from the property.该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
