Important information
Guesthouse Básar is set on the island of Grímsey, which is accessible either by airplane from Akureyri airport (Norlandair.is) or by ferry from Dalvik (Vegagerdin.is). The guesthouse is located at the airport next to the arctic circle and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the ferry at the harbour.

Rooms no. 5 and 6 and 7 are double rooms. The beds can be seperated and the rooms will then become twin rooms. Room number 5 also has an extra single bed so it can hold 3 single persons or a double bed and a single bed. Please contact us for more informations.
