Well located close to Times Square, small room but functional and comfortable.Helpfull staff.just the door banging outside our room. when staff entered or left. i did mention it to the desk staff, and the remainder of our stay the noise decreased. unfortuatedly it was the fire escape door so it has to be closed.

the staff very helpful. the bedroom was comfortable. and cleaned very good each day. the room got warm through the night and when window was open the traffic noise could be heard. the air condition was a little loud but overal a fair size for a king roomwe both enjoyed our stay.Need to solveThe smell to food from The Restaurant or kitchenEjem we arrived The lobby smell very badLobby and reception desk too small Need a lobby with more Seatswe have been at many starwood chain hotels but really very expensive for 4nightsover 1500dol on a 2 Star hotel Rooms small

Accommodating for early check in, I really appreciated that! And they were very friendly.The rooms were a little small but we only needed a place to sleep. Wewere constantly on the move outside the hotel all over nyc. Not really abig deal. I would stay here again!!
