Excellent internet coverage and availability.Location for business / conventions / shopping.Second bed allowed us to compensate for the saggy mattresses by sleeping separately.Most of the staff unfriendly. Rooms old and not clean. Breakfast place in basement a disgrace! Too expensive!

Awesome awesome hotel! Great staffs, superb location. Wifi is free, andreally working unlike other hotel. Went back for the second time with noregret. Definitely will stay here again. Highly recommended.Breakfast

It was very nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and informative. It's also in a great location- just a couple blocks from Union Square and all the shopping. Free breakfast in the morning, free computer use, and very charming overall. I would definitely stay here again!Small and noisy room even though it appeared to be one of the best ones.Bathroom fan sounded like a train coming.Run-down facilities.Toilet plunger in bathroom didn't augur well.And we found bed-bugs.

About the only good thing about this hotel was the location. Close to Union Square.Everything else.If this hotel is a three stars (as it was rated on your site) a Marriott or a Hyatt (usually rated 4 stars) is 5,000 stars. Your general description of this hotel was V E R Y misleading (a three star boutique hotel -- you've got to be kidding!!!)
