The staff was helpful and available, the receptionist gave us helpful tips and information about the National Park. Excellent location, very close to the Plitvice Lakes National Park to which we were heading. Close to bus stop and supermarkets. The bed was comfortable, the room was cleaned daily. Each bed had sockets and small lamps. Very poor Wi-Fi. In the evening there was no hot water in the shower.
