By Greek law: ΠΟΛ. 1187/ 23/11/2017 and Article 111 of Law 4446/2016 regarding SHORT – TERM RENTAL, upon arrival, the guest who books the place must provide the host with their passport/ID/TIN number, full name and country of issue for tax purposes:
=> Greek citizens must provide their Τax Ιdentification Νumber (ΑΦΜ) number.
=> Non-EU citizens must provide Passport number
=> EU citizens must provide ID or Passport number
This is needed to register the income of each booking to the Greek tax authorities. This information will only be used for tax registration and in accordance with Greek law and the GDPRS terms of Privacy.该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
