⛔Parties, disturbing guests, and loud music are prohibited. We have systems in place to monitor the decibel levels permitted by law. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines and grounds for expulsion. Rest time is from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM.

PLEASE INFORM the guest that you have rented a tourist apartment; we are not a hotel or serviced apartment. Additional cleaning or other extra services are available upon request.

‼️ONLINE CHECK-IN. By law, we must record the information of ALL guests and submit it to the authorities. This information can be found on the guest's passport or ID card.

👉 It is mandatory to complete the self-check-in process using a link that we will send you at least 24 hours before arrival. ⚠️ Without complete registration from all guests, access to the accommodation will not be granted. ⚠️ We never request sensitive information over the phone.

🐾We are Pet Friendly - upon request. We accept pets up to 20 kg. We will apply a supplement of €8 to €20 per night, depending on the breed, size, and age. ⚠️Failure to inform us that you are coming with your pet will result in a penalty of €300. ⚠️Your pet must not be left alone in the accommodation at any time, to avoid barking. Failure to comply with this rule will also incur a corresponding penalty. After check-out, if additional cleaning is necessary due to excessive hair or to repair any damage, we will claim the additional costs.

⛔Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and common areas. SECURITY: Make sure the main street door is always properly closed. 📌SUSTAINABILITY: Turn off the air conditioning/heating, making sure EVERYTHING is turned off when you are not in the apartment. Help us preserve precious natural resources by limiting our impact on the environment. PLEASE DECIDE FOR YOURSELF. 🧐- SECURITY: The building has security cameras in common areas.

⛔- Prohibited: According to the historic center regulations, in a building like ours, leaving clothes hanging on the windows/balconies is prohibited.

📌- Trash: Please do not leave trash in the apartment when you leave. 🙏- Take care of the apartment: Do not leave dirty kitchenware in the kitchen. Return the apartment in the same condition you found it.

Failure to comply with these rules can be sanctioned and will be grounds for expulsion.
