Spa opening hours are as follows:
- December to March: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–20:00 and on Sunday: 09:00–17:00.
- April to November: Monday to Saturday: 09:00–17:00.
Kindly note that the indoor pool, gym, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room are located in our spa. Treatments may be provided outside of these hours.
When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies may apply.
Housekeeping service is provided every three days. Additional cleaning and linen changes are available at an extra charge.
The property reserves the right to charge your credit card up to EUR 250 in the event of any excessive damage caused to the residence.
Please note that the property can only accommodate pets with a maximum weight of 10 kg or less.
Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 15 per day.
A refundable deposit of EUR 300 in case of damages from pets will be required at the time of check-in and will be refunded to you after the room inspection.
Pets are only allowed in the Comfort 1 Bedroom Suite, Comfort 2 Bedroom Suites and Comfort 2 Bedroom Garden Residences.
Deluxe Bungalow with Private Heated Pool - Deposit Policy: Please note that upon your arrival, a preauthorization of the cost of 2 nights will be placed on your credit card to cover any potential damages. This amount will be refunded on your departure day, following a room inspection.

Outdoor pools are closed during the winter season from December to March.
