excellent environment and good staffFirst nights sleep disturbed by very loud music from party underneathour room. To be fair, they told us that they do not usually book thatroom when a party is scheduled, and by way of an apology they have givenus a voucher for another nights free b/b at our convenience. Initiallywe thought that parking was a bit steep at £5.00 per day, but the verycentral position meant that we could walk everywhere.

Well situated .Good quality furnishings in room . Staff were very good .The staff in the dining room could do with more training, had to wait a long time for a pre theatre meal although booked in advance.Coffee slow to come at breakfast.

The staff were very friendly,the service and food was just as wewanted.the location was just a short stroll from all the attractions.We had to pay £5 a day for parking the car at the hotel car park.

The hotel was central for all amenities in Stratford. The rooms werevery clean and comfortable.All the staff were very helpful. The self service breakfast was lovely andreally set you up for the day. My son and I really enjoyed our stay Thank youThe comfort,i had to go to reception at 3am to request new pillows theones on our bed were less than 2 inches thick.which ment a veryuncomfortable sleep.a posative asspect was the night recptionist wasexcelent and sorted out my problem straight away,which was a credit tothe hotel staff but not housekeeping.

The location was ideal and the Staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were spacious and well equiped. The breakfast was plentiful, varied and well cooked. Would stay again with Q hotels.

The room was excellent compared to a hotel we stayed at the weekbefore for the same price and the breakfast was much nicer. Thehotel was within walking distance to the town. It looked very nicefrom the outside.The duvet although comfortable was quite lumpy. A sign of old age maybe.

Renovated modern room that was cleaned well each day. The TV was large and everything worked. Staff were friendly although not intrusive. Comfortable ambience throughout hotel and enjoyed breakfast in room with garden outlook. We liked the how the hotel was situated two minutes walk into town. We travel often and have had some disappointing accommodation but this was one of our better accommodation experiences.Choice of wine in the bar was limited

Spacious rooms with a very large comfortable bed. Quality of fixtures etc., especailly in the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent, and the dining room staff were very cheerful and pleasant.The hotel is excellent overall, but because it is situated near a Hospital, there seemed to be quite a few emergency vehicles passing the hotel with sirens, which could be heard early in the morning from the room we were in.

Staff very helpfull and very professional.The prices in the dining room for dinner were excessive and meant thatwe decided to look elsewhere within Stratford for our evening meal. Alsothe bar prices were considerably more than we found in otherestablishments within Stratford. Our room was immediately behind the Gymand on occasions the noise from there was intrusive. Whilst thetelevision was not a major need I did find the lack of choice ( no skynews channel ) or teletext availability somewhat surprising I hadexpected to have these channels available in a hotel of this standard, 4star, In my experience you would normally get these facilities in most 3star ( Premier Inn and Travel Lodge ) for example

All of of the staff with whom we came into contact with were quitesimply delightful and a credit to QHotels. The room was very clean,comfortable and well presented, with good facilities. The dinner in thedining room was beautifully cooked and presented, and the flavour of allthe food was delicious. The dining room staff really knew what they weretalking about as there is a policy in place for them to taste all thedishes being offered so better to be able to describe them! Howrefreshing! Very high standards throughout. The variety of breakfastofferings was astounding. We would come again to this hotel, especiallywith the type of bargain room-price we got at late notice., And thedining 'deal' being offered was good too.Disappointed with the quality of the bacon at the breakfast buffet.Wehad spent the previous 2 nights at the Thistle Hotel Cheltenham (wherethe breakfast was far superior) We had problems scanning the ticket onthe barrier when exiting the car park. A helpful member of staffassisted our exit and commented that the machine sometimes does not workvery well.

The hotel is in an excellent location with ample parking and an easy 5minute walk into Stratford. .We arrived very early at 11am and werepleased to be able to check in -This was brilliant. Staff efficient andpolite. Bedroom spacious ,clean and comfortable . Brilliant shower,gallons of hot water for the bath.I can find nothing negative to say about this hotel.

From the moment we arrived we were met by Amy who was very professional polite friendly and extremely helpful, the room was beautiful spacious and very clean.The breakfast in the morning was very goodand freshly cooked, all staff that we encountered on our one night stay (as we were travelling through stratford) were extremely polite and courteous something that doesnt happen often in hotels today.All in all an excellent stay we will definately book again for a Q hotel getaway in fact we have joined the Breakaway Club!!Thank you.The lighting was dim and the food at dinner was variable.

The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the town centre, the hotels staff were very welcoming and gave advise of places of interest. Our room was ready late morning and was exceptionly comfortable and clean. Breakfast has plenty of selection to accomadate everyones choice. This is a hotel we would recommend and we will stay again.
