The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfasts were very good. You could rest and relax well. The facility is located away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet area, not far from the center of Karpacz. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The area is fenced, lots of greenery. Stunning views of the nearby mountains. Overall a very pleasant and quiet place. Recommend.
