Late departure penalty:
The accomodation must be released at 10 am maximum. late departuure fee is 30€ per hour.

LATE ARRIVAL is possible from 20h00 to 23h00 according to the following rules:
Late arrival is only possible according to the owner availabities, and might be rejected.
Make sure to verify the owner's availability before booking a late arrival.
Extra fee for late arrival from 20h00 to 23h00 is charged 50 euros as listed on booking, to pay cash on arrival.

✅ Please do not exceed 19 degrees Celsius. We are subject to energy saving measures as everywhere in France 🇫🇷 We receive notifications by the Minut detector in case of non compliance.
Excessive consumption will result in an additional charge of 10€/night.
