Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Empfang freundlich. Wir buchten ein Zimmer mit Hund und bekamen falsches Zimmer zugeteilt. Nach Diskussionen endlich das passende Zimmer bekommen, aber leider entsprach es keinen 4 Sternen. überall sehr viele Spinnweben im Zimmer in den Ecken und auch im Hausflur. Die kleine Gartenterrasse war voller Unkraut.Ungemütlich: Der Preis der Unterkunft war zu hoch, weil wir kein Fitnessraum, Schwimmbad und Kosmetik benutzen konnten weil es durch Corona geschlossen war, was man ja verstehen kann. Dafür aber den vollen Preis zahlen ist nicht in Ordnung. Da müsste die Geschäftsleitung mal überlegen Sonderpreise zu gewähren, wenn Gäste anreisen und für den Preis solches erwarten. Schliesslich war das Hotel ja auch offen. Dann hätte man die Zimmer günstiger vermieten müssen. Wir machen im Jahr gerne 4 bis 5 Tage Urlaub im Saarland aber wir kommen nicht mehr dorthin. Schade.
