1) Customers to register at our website for security purposes and deposit is to be transferred before check in.

2) our latest check in time with Customer service help is 11pm. If you need late check in, please liaise with us to settle all paperwork before 11pm. After 11pm without inform, we have the right to ignore message

3) Ensure no valuable belonging in car. (Park at OWN RISK.)

4) A penalty of RM 500 will be imposed if found smoking. (cigarette butts or smoking smell in the unit updated by the Housekeeping, is considered guest smoked in the unit)

5) Cleaning fees paid is for normal general housekeeping after stay. Additional housekeeping fees will be charged if guest found to hold party or no clear up. Additional fees may be charged up to RM 500.

6) No shoes allowed in the house.

7) Ensure clear your rubbish before you leave the unit

8) Penalty for loss of access card - RM 200

9) Food / fruits with pungent smell or strong colouring (such as Durian / mangosteen) are not allowed in the unit. Penalty of RM 500

10) Adhere to rules and regulation of the condo and facilities.
- Proper attire for swimming pool & gym

11) These unit are only allowed (2) Two pax. Additional will be charge 𝗥𝗠 𝟰𝟬/𝗽𝗮𝘅 [Max 2 additional]

Enjoy your stay and make yourself comfortable as if this is own home. Remember to clear off the rubbish especially those watery type. The rubbish bin is located outside the corridor. See attach map!This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
