-Accessing the suites requires descending 50 steps, therefore our property may not be suitable for individuals with mobility restrictions or those who have difficulty navigating stairs.

-Please note that we are unable to allow private coaches or vehicles capable of carrying more than 12 passengers to pick up, drop off, or park on our premises. This is strictly enforced by council and if violated will result in the termination of your stay.

-The spa is not exclusive to your suite. There are two spa pools shared amongst the four suites. They are first come, first served and can be used at any time. We find they are rarely in use at the same time, so you should be able to spa anytime you like.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
