i just love this hotel. it is comfortable, nice locationpol, polite and friendly and helpful staff. clean and comfortable rooms.I have never been insulted in my life in any hotel even motels with nostars like this so called Marriot courtyard Toronto. I have stayed herebecause the hotel has some sort of access to Toronto Marathon 2013 whichI was participating at. As far as the rooms, it was alright a 4 starroom like. But given the rudness and the way the reciption and employeebehave with you I would never ever have stayed there but sadly my roomwas non-refundable. So I advise that even if they offered you the forfree or they will pay you 150 cad + tax for each night you stay, dont gothere unless you want to be insulted !

Location is excellent. Very central. Room size is very good. Excellent checking in facilities with printer for boarding pass. Close to many restaurants and merely seconds away from a good Chinese dim sum restaurant.Bathroom is a little small. Concierge is not very helpful n friendly.
