Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay, per pet.
Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking.
Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet.
Please note that to finalise your booking, you must provide:
- front and back copies of all guests' identity documents
- the tax identification number of the person making the booking so that we can issue an invoice at the end of your stay (only for Italian customers or those with an Italian tax identification number)
- for foreign customers, we require your residential address.

Once we have the documents, we will ask you to pay the MANDATORY security deposit of 100 EURO*, the tourist tax and all expenses not included in the stay based on the type of booking, via the link you will receive shortly.
Once you have completed the above procedure, we will send you all the information you need to check in and access the apartment.
Check-in instructions will be sent by 4 p.m. (on the day of arrival) or earlier, depending on the arrangements made.

ヘンパーティーやスタッグパーティー（男性または女性同士の独身最後のパーティー）などは禁止されています。
到着予定時刻をに事前に連絡してください。
銀行振込による前払いが必要です。予約後に、宿泊施設より銀行振込の方法について連絡があります。
チェックインの際、写真付きの身分証明書とクレジットカードの提示が必要となります。特別リクエストは確約ではなく、チェックイン時の状況により利用できない場合があり、また追加料金が必要となる可能性があります。
18歳未満のゲストは、親または正式な保護者の同伴がある場合のみチェックインできます。
