friendly staff spacious rooms great locationBath screen very flimsy, it was the same when I stayed at citadines london. Cleaning staff appear annoyed when we ask them to come back later to clean the room.

Excellent facilities, gym & pool were great. Great location, very clean & well appointed rooms and the staff were great.Problem with invoicing system which meant I was charged twice. Nowresolved satisfactorily.

That it is an apartment and is conveniently located. Its clean.Chris at reception is very polite and could explain check in and key information well. He is intuitive to customer needs. Encountered another staff at check out and service given was opposite though, maybe she's new.I had an end unit 10002 and the noise after the nightclubs across the road from 12pm to 3pm on Saturday night was far from impressive.

The beds were very comfortable and the apartments had everything youneed I also loved the pool and sauna.The swipe cards in the lift. This was the only downside, it took me onaverage about 10 swipes to be able to select my floor and often as noti'd gone past it! This could be user error more than anything, But evenif the swipes worked first time, it did take an age for every person inthe lift to have to swipe for their floors. Think it would be good toreview this system. I like that it is more secure, but maybe 'touchcards' rather than 'swipe' might be better.

Near to where we had to goStayed in a Exec. 1 Bedroom apartment for 3 nights - was dirty onarrival - carpet clearly not vacuumed, rust around shower / bathtub, shower door had broken off and had been removed so water alwayssprayed across the floor, called up requesting room clean - knock on thedoor within 5mins with a staff member throwing some fresh towels at usstating that they don't do cleaning, staff at front desk have poorEnglish - couldn't even understand staff member checking us in, butin saying that other staff were particularly friendly and always saidhello each time we entered and left the hotel.

I thought the hotel staff were great, All of them were friendly and hadgreat suggestions for places to eat and shopping etc. they alwaysacknowledged you when you went through reception. The cleaning staffwere very friendly too and the rooms werereally well cleaned.Also the sauna and swimming pool were really clean which was great as it meant I actually used them!So often these places are overlooked.I would defitely go back and stay at the Citadines on Bourke.Apartments on the small size but clean and modern. The lack of toiletries was a surprise. The squeeze bottle soap dispenser was hard to use and fell off the wall.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sookie went out of her way to helpWe were put in the "disabled/access friendly" apartment which we did not request and we found the bathroom a bit like a hospital room.Other than than the hotel was great and we have rebooked for December.

Location is very good. Gym is functionalThis was the second time we stayed at the Citadines on Bourke. We bookeda superior deluxe studio and we got into a standard studio on the 6thfloor facing a wall. No sight at all! We told the staff that we made thereservation for a studio on a hihjer level and we were moved to the 21stfloor. They charged us for an extra 20 audsdl per night for a studiowhich was exactly the same!! We were upset but we had to pay anyway. Wewould not stay another time at the Citadines There are plenty ofserviced apartments which we are sure give a better comfort.

I liked the layout of the room and the option of hotel facilities or a self contained apartment right in the heart of the city.Very comfortable and all you need with a great view.$300 hold still hasn't been credited back to my account, receptionstaff were not friendly and some room moisturizer etc would be nice

Was a lovely place, had everything, gym pool etc excellent, food,movies etc greatThe meals from heirloom were not worth the money, eg steak was ok, chips were soggy and could not be eaten and salad was 2 pieces of lettuce. Sadly the in house meals is one of the most important parts of our stay.

The Location and view .that's about it1) Staff at the reception not very enjoyable, no hello, no smile no helpful for a late check out request2) I requested to better clean the room at least 3 times! Very basic cleaning, the maid do not even put in order the iron board, no daily dusting and so on. Very disappointing. 3) the garage conditions not properly explained prior to arrival: how to reach, how to get access.4) I requested at booking a late check out. No answer! After I requested to the front desk staff they said no possible the only way is to pay. No flexibility no negotiation. And stayed over a week!

The check in was efficient and friendly. It is always pleasant to be greeted by staff when returning to the hotel. The restaurant downstairs served an excellent a la carte breakfast. Fast access to rooms with many lifts. Requests were met promptly.The trams were slightly audible at the front of the bulding but this was a minor issue as they stopped after a while.
