- Illegal activity (prostitution or drug sales): €1,000 fine
- Disorder left in the accommodation: €200 fine
- Guest not registered on the reservation: €100 fine per day
- Parties in the accommodation: €1,000 fine
- Pets in the accommodation: €500 fine
- Damage to the accommodation's equipment: billed at the new price
