Chalet Saudade underwent a 5-year complete renovation and offers modern and comfortable accommodations, elegant living rooms with trompe l’œil frescoes and romantic gardens with antique water fountains and ponds. Rooms include tea making facilities.

Breakfast is served at Café Saudade, a coffee house located 50 metres away. Some rooms include a kitchenette.

With the Sintra Train Station and Bus Station 100 metres away, Chalet Saudade offers a privileged location for guests to explore the mystic places of Sintra. Chalet Saudade is housed in an old but nice historic building. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and nutritious, served in the café off site, about a 2 minute walk away. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a view of the garden. Good location, close to the city center but away from the hustle and bustle of Sintra. There is no elevator in the hotel, but in smaller, historic buildings there is basically no elevator.
