Pokolbin and Cessnock are 20 minutes' drive away. Newcastle is 75 minutes' drive away. Guests enjoy free on-site parking.

All air-conditioned villas have a fully equipped kitchen, a dining setting and outdoor furnishings. Each has a spacious lounge area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and DVD library.

The property asks that all kitchen facilities that are used are washed and put away and that the dishwasher is packed and switched on prior to departure. The BBQ needs to also be wiped down with paper towels that are stored in the kitchen. The property will charge a $40 cleaning fee, per hour ($70 per hour on public holidays) if the villa requires extra time to clean.
