The owner was very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Decent location, 15 minutes walk to the center of Alicante and about 20 minutes from the beach. There are many shops and grocery stores in the area. Tram stop within 10 minutes walk. A very nice terrace on the roof. The apartment had everything we needed. Everything was fine.
