IN LONG WEEKENDS WE GIVE PRIORITY TO RESERVATIONS FROM FRIDAY.

AT THE END OF THE YEAR WE GIVE PRIORITY AND RENT FROM 6 NIGHTS.

Late Check in: In case of arriving after 18:00 h: 20.000/Hour

Guests are required to pay an additional daily maid service fee (to be paid directly to the maid, $90.000/day). For more than 12 people it is required to hire 2 maids.

Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool or on the beds and furniture, but it is totally forbidden.

By rules of the condominium, visitors must pay (when NOT accompanied by an owner) the following values:

1. $196.000 COP for family group entrance fees.
2. $105.000 COP for the entrance of each car.

To authorize the entrance to the condominium and avoid delays, the tenant must send us a list with names and ID of all guests prior to the arrival date.

Visitors will have access to all the services and infrastructure of the condominium, such as the social center, restaurants, golf course, tennis courts*, gym, spa*, football and volleyball courts, billiards, ping-pong, etc.
Use of the lake for boats (you can also rent them at the administration).
* Some services with extra payment.

* Not rented to groups of students or minors.
* High noise level is not allowed in the condominium.
* Tenants must comply with the rules of behavior of the condominium, and assume on their own
any contravention.

Les enterrements de vie de célibataire et autres fêtes de ce type sont interdits dans cet établissement.
