These upper deck guestrooms feature 2-person soaking tubs with a hand-spray nozzle. They are ideally placed next to panoramic windows for front-seat views of wildlife, sand dunes and the slough. Soaking tubs are surrounded by Italian tile in soft colors, graced by a hand painted mural. Each room has unique antique pieces and coastal decor. Offering free WiFi and located in the property's historic house, each of these rooms are decorated in period-piece antiques with a nautical touch. Three of the rooms are located on the upper level and the fourth room is on the lower level and is wheelchair accessible. They each feature a crystal chandelier, wallpaper borders, vaulted ceilings and a private bath. The old-growth redwood trim in every room has been restored to its natural splendor. Two of the guestrooms have fireplaces and 2 have claw-foot tubs. All but the ADA compliant room have old-time water closets with a chain. This room offers a direct view of Fremont’s Peak, the garden, and a glimpse of Elkhorn Slough’s wetlands. This bright room offers a queen bed surrounded by walnut antiques, a crystal chandelier, and a decorative original-style fireplace. The bath includes a large claw-foot tub with shower, oak floors, and accented with restored old-growth redwood trim.

This guestroom is located on the 2nd floor of our historic Pacific Coast Steamship Company building. Enjoy the Elkhorn Slough and a direct view of the sunset from the comfort of your room. Harbor Master features a Cozy queen-size bed furnished with a high-back American oak bed frame and a private bathroom with a stall shower. The room is decorated with a crystal chandelier, oak floors, restored old-growth redwood trim, and calming sea-green tones.

This 1 Bed Room Suite "HideAway" is a spacious, Non-Smoking room that can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. This room type is provided for comfort for both leisure and business travelers while visiting Monterey. A kitchenette is provided in this family-sized room and provides all amenities for a comfortable and stress-free stay. The amenities include pots and pans, silverware, a coffee/tea maker, a microwave, and a full-sized refrigerator.
