Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.

Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.

Please note that there is a 1.3% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that there is a 1.6% charge when you pay with an American Express credit card. Please note that this property requires an AUD 800 credit card pre-authorization prior to check in to cover any incidental charges, damage to the property or excessive cleaning fees. Where these costs exceed the amount of the security deposit, the guests credit card will be debited for the excess amount. This amount will be released after inspection of the accommodations within 3-7 working days of check out. Please note that the number of guests should not exceed the maximum number of occupants.

Please note a registration form needs to be signed, 14 days prior to check-in, by the guest whose name is on the booking confirmation. The form will ask for the primary guests credit card details and an authorization signature, which will be used for the pre-authorization. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee may apply. If keys are lost, an additional charge of AUD 100 will be charged. Wood will be supplied for fireplaces and are regularly serviced in line with council regulation when in use. Fireplaces are unavailable from the 1 October until 30 April every year. Swimming Pools are open seasonally and available from 1 October until 30 April every year.
