Located on East Parkway, Brookside Lodge is a 9-minute walk from the Gatlinburg City Center. Property amenities include 2 seasonal outdoor pools, guest laundry, basketball/volleyball and shuffleboard courts and fitness centre.

Room amenities include balconies overlooking the river, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, safe and flat screen TVs are provided in every guest room.

There is free parking, property-wide WiFi, a sundeck, patio/BBQ area with fire pit along the Roaring Fork mountain stream.

This hotel is 4.8 km from the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and less than 16 km from the Dollywood Theme Park. There are also several dining options located across the street and downtown on the Parkway which is 0.4 km downhill.
