Loud music, parties, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing a disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests who smoke will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorise the damages deposit as agreed before your check in.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking.

This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key.

All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property.

Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply:
- EUR 50 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59
- EUR 90 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59
- EUR 120 for arrivals after 01:00

Check-In & Identification • Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. • Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. • The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. • Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. • Late check-in fees: 19:00–21:59 (50 EUR), 22:00–00:59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR).

Payment • For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Damage Deposit • Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. • This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

House Rules & Restrictions • Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. • Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. • Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.
