Check-In & Identification:
- Self Check-In: Details about self-check-in will be provided once all required documents (ID, credit card) and the damage deposit are submitted.
- Identification Requirements: Guests must submit a valid ID (passport, driving license, or national ID) before arrival.
- Credit Card Verification: The credit card used for booking (only the last 4 digits + cardholder’s name visible) must be presented for verification.

Late Check-Ins:
- 19:00 - 21:59: EUR 50
- 22:00 - 00:59: EUR 90
- After 1 AM: EUR 120
- Late check-ins must be pre-confirmed.

Payment & Deposits:
- High-Value Reservations: For bookings over EUR 1000, guests may be asked to pay through an alternative method, such as a credit link or bank transfer, for security and processing purposes.
- Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.

House Rules & Restrictions:
- Strict House Rules: To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, the following activities are not permitted: Loud music, Parties, Pets, Smoking
- Violations: Any disturbances or violations of the house rules, including smoking, will result in immediate eviction without refund, and potential fines or charges for damages.

- Baby Cots & High Chairs: Availability is limited and must be requested in advance. Additional charges may apply.
