Loud music, parties, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing a disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests found smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed before your check in.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking.

This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key.

All requests for check-in after 19:00 are subject to approval by the property.

Please note that for late check-in, the following charges apply:
- EUR 50 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59
- EUR 90 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59
- EUR 120 for arrivals after 01:00
