Check-In & Identification

- The credit card used to make the booking (showing only the last 4 digits and the cardholder name) must be presented in advance for verification.
- Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed in advance.
- A late check-in fee applies: GBP 50 between 19:00–21:59, and GBP 90 from 22:00 onward.

Payment
- For reservations with a value over GBP 1000, an alternative payment method (such as a payment link or bank transfer) may be required for security and banking purposes.

House Rules & Restrictions
- Strict house rules apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests.
- The following are strictly prohibited: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking.
- Any violation (including disturbances or smoking) may result in immediate eviction without refund, and additional charges for damages may apply.

Damage Deposit
- A damage deposit of GBP 800 is required prior to check-in.
- This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection and standard bank processing times

- Baby cots or high chairs are available upon advance request, subject to availability and additional charges.
