Check-In Times & Fees

• Late check-in fees apply as follows:
– EUR 50 for arrivals from 19:00 to 21:59
– EUR 90 for arrivals from 22:00 to 00:59
– EUR 120 for arrivals after 01:00

Payment
• For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be asked to pay via an alternative payment method (such as a secure payment link or bank transfer) for security and banking purposes.

Damage Deposit
• Guests must pay a damage deposit of EUR 800 prior to check-in.
• This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection and bank processing times.
• Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests, including smoking, will incur a charge.

House Rules & Restrictions
• Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests.
• Prohibited activities include loud music, parties, pets, and smoking.
• Violations such as disturbances or smoking may result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.

Additional Amenities
• Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs, subject to availability and additional charges.
