Loud music, parties, pets, and smoking are prohibited on the property.

Guests found hosting parties and causing a disturbance will be asked to leave without a refund. Guests found smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages.

A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required before arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out after inspection of the property and bank processing times.

Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check-in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking.

This property does not feature a reception desk. A designated staff member will meet guests on the property at a pre-scheduled time to provide a key.

Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed.

Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR).
