The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful, she made it possible for us to check in earlier. The breakfast buffet was very good, you could choose something. Great location, in the very center of the city, just a few minutes to the bus stop at Morskie Oko. There are restaurants nearby. Basically everything is within walking distance, near Krupowki. The room was clean. Free parking is available at the property. We liked everything, we have no complaints.

The room was of decent size. Good location, everywhere was close, i.e. from Krupówki Street, restaurants and bus stops. The breakfasts were very good. The service was very nice. We were really happy with the hotel. Recommend.

Breakfast was really tasty and varied. The service was very nice. The room was nice and tidy. Location in order, Close to the center of Zakopane and close to the hill.
The only downside was very poor sound insulation, everything could be heard from other rooms and from the corridor:(.
