The room was clean with a balcony from which there was a nice view of the river and the harbor. The hotel is small but pleasant, located not far from the center of Rotterdam. Within a 10-minute walk from the metro station. A nice place for walks. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they recommended us places worth visiting. We didn't order breakfast.
