Please note that last-minute reservations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to a change of check-in time from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

If the above policies are not respected, a penalty fee will be charged to guests for any damage caused to the property. A €150 penalty fee will be applied to your deposit if you smoke on the property.
