The staff was nice but it was very loud in our room.We could hear everything going on outside and with our neighbor with the hacking cough.Didn't get much sleep.The pillows were also very uncomfortable and the tv channel selection was horrid.It is on the corner of two busy streets - we were there during winter(quiet season) but I can imagine it'll be a little chaotic and busy withtraffic in summer.

We had a waterfront view, and it was walking distance to downtown shopping.We will never stay at this hotel again. We asked to use abathroom after we got back to pick up our luggage. They said they had no bathroom that we might use. We had turned our key in when we left for our walk untill we came back for our luggage. They told us to go across the street to the public bathrooms!! Would you stay in a place like this. also my husband has had four back operations and i`m having a new hip in one month!!

The room was had a very pleasing and relaxing decor. The swimming pool was nicely heated for October time of year. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I left a card with my comments, but in short : very little counter space in bathroom, noise throughout the night (could not find the source, some engine noise on and off, very unnerving), bath towel non absorbing, one towel bar in bathroom, no hook, etc.
