Stuff was friendly. And the location is good.The mattress was in bad shape. And the carpet not clean or needed tobe replaced.

Nice, safe place near the wet'n'wild. Nice pool, too.1. The hotel writes and says that it has a shuttle service to the parks. One day I have waited from 10:00 pm to 11:00 pm in the park waiting to the shuttle to come but it hasn'T. I called the hotel but the man in the desk told me that there is nothing he can do about it, and gave me the shuttle company phone number to talk to them by myself. I think the hotel should take responsibility since they say they have shuttle service in the hotel details. Very disappointing.2.The wifi reception in the room was poor and there was no internet. Again, the answer of the desk was "there is nothing I can do, I am sorry". Very frustrating. Even if you can't do anything, you should answer differently, at least give more nice and understandable answer. "Nothing I can do" is not the correct answer.3. The parks ticket agent in the hotel was a very aggressive seller. After I asked her few questions about the tickets, I decided to search in the internet for better prices. She was very angry and accused me that I don't believe her. She said that in the web it will cost more for sure, but I found it less and she was very rude. You don't accused, treat or approach to a paying customer of the hotel like that. This is unacceptable. I left the hotel with bitter feelings.

The price and distance from universal studios.Very Hot rooms. The odor was a bit disturbing, but you get what you pay for. The beds are ply woods. And only 2 very small thin pillows given.

I liked the fact that it was close to restaurants, malls, outlets and gift shops. It was at the heart of everything. Universal Studios was around 3 mins away and World Disney was around 15 mins away. My wife and I stayed in the hotel for 15 days and we would always return to a nice clean room. It was also budget friendly.Only negative points about the hotel is the breakfast, they only served sweet pastries, no cheese, etc. Other than that it was a perfect experience.

excellent service from check in to departure from staff, rooms extremely clean with round the clock staff to ensure comfort,excellent location and the general atmosphere in terms of freedom of movement.rooms could have been more equipped especially with a fridge and a micro wave.

Excelent location, one block away from the International Drive, and easyaccess to both sides of Sand Lake Rd two of the more important streetsthere that will get you to almost every important tourist location.Great staff, really friendly and helpful people working there.There's was a mold/humidity smell in my room and also in my friendsrooms (we had a total of 3 rooms there). I still don't get why they usecarpets in hot and wet locations like Orlando. There was no room forbreakfast, people were scattered across the front desk, using the sofas,tables, everything they could to eat their breakfast. It had a total of4 tables for 2 people each, for almost 50 people using the place.
