Here at the Boating Station we offer four properties. "Toad Hall", a one-bedroom cottage, with balcony and river view. "Swan House", a one bedroom house, with balcony and river view. "The Garden Room", a large double room with patio, gazebo and river view. "The Apartment", one bedroom apartment, patio with private entrance but no river view.

Located in the world heritage city of Bath, this charming Victorian boating station is less than a mile from the famous Roman Baths. Overlooking the river Avon, it offers free Wi-Fi in some rooms, free on-site parking and a restaurant.

The accommodation at Bath Boating Station each features a bathroom with a shower, complimentary toiletries and a hairdryer. There is also a seating area with a sofa, a private entrance, a fridge and kitchenware. Some properties have a river view.

Bath city centre is a short 20-minute walk from the property. Alternatively, we offer guests use of the Boating Station, explore the river by punting rowing or canoeing. The boat hire is a seasonal business, open on selected days.

The Jane Austen Centre is just 18 minutes’ walk from the property and Sham Castle is a 16-minute stroll to the south. Bath Spa Train Station is also a 21-minute walk away.

Toad Hall is a beautiful converted boathouse overlooking the River Avon. It includes a sitting room, a kitchen and a long wooden balcony. Downstairs there is one small bedroom, dressing room and one bathroom

The Garden Room has it's own entrance, this studio flat includes an en-suite and small kitchenette unit including a sink, a microwave. It also offers a sofa, a fridge, a toaster, a TV and tea & coffee. There is also a patio overlooking the River Avon. Please note that this room is not serviced during the stay and does not include breakfast. Please note that baby cots are not available.

The apartment is part of a converted boat house within the Bath Boating Station. It has its own private entrance and patio area. Enter into the living and kitchen area, bedroom located at the rear with a small ensuite. Although the apartment doesn't have views of the river, you are welcome to use the boat house lawns during your stay with perfect views of the river Avon. There is a restaurant on site, The Bathwick Boatman. The Boating Station is roughly a 15 minute, flat walk, into the city centre.
