Please note that in case that you do not agree with any of this conditions than you can cancel your reservation free-of-charge within 2 hours from reservation. later not. In case of last minute reservation (less than 24 hours to check in) the free cancellation is available for 1 hour only. In winter (from September) we switch on the gaz heating if needed. we always charge an extra (!) utilities fee based on the meters reading at check in/out. In case of renting multiple rooms, the security deposit is 100euro/room. For long-term stays, the deposit is 200euro per room.
