We had a nice double room. The staff was very nice. Good location, about 10 minutes walk from the center of Yerevan, right next to places where you could eat. Breakfast was simple but ok.

No elevator. You can not pay by card, only in cash.

+The staff was very nice and helpful. +Excellent location in the city of Yerevan, right next to the Opera House and the main street. +Near the supermarket and many different cafes. -No elevator, it was quite difficult to climb the stairs to the fifth floor.. -Poor sound insulation between rooms.
