The pool of the building is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays.

- The main and secondary rooms have air conditioning, room number three has a fan but does not have air conditioning.

- Unfortunately, the apartment does not have a hot water system, but we assure you that the water in Cartagena is very warm thanks to the tropical climate throughout the year.

- The apartment is exclusively for families. Parties and/or bachelor parties are not allowed.

- The entry of visitors who are not previously registered is not allowed.

- It is not allowed to exceed the capacity of 10 people (including children and babies).

- The pool of the building is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9am to 5pm, on Mondays it will always be under maintenance except for holidays, when it is a holiday it will be closed on Tuesday.

- The entrance times to the apartment are at 4:00 PM and departures before 11:00 AM. (Only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).

- Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration value of 7,000 COP per person, in cash, for the stay in the apartment. (This amount may vary according to the building regulations and is not included in the total value of the reservation).

- The apartment has an assigned parking space.该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
