This modern building is located a 4-minute walk from Komtar and 1st Avenue Mall. The property is also 3.7 km from the famous Gurney Drive. Penang International Airport is 30 minutes away by car.

Rooms are simply furnished and bathroom facilities are either shared or en suite. Tea/coffee making facilities, ironing facilities and a hairdryer are all available upon request.
