2019 - 03

In general, the location was not bad, close to the port and the old town of Dubrovnik could be reached by bus. The owners were very friendly. Very nice view from the terrace. The room, kitchen and bathroom were clean.

The room was not very large. Thin walls through which everything could be heard. No air conditioning, it was very hot!.

2017 - 08

We came late in the evening as our flight from Graz was very late. The owners were waiting for us although it was really late. The moment we came we have been welcomed by Alan running the property. It was very nice welcome. We got refreshments as well as it was very hot at that time. He even helped us with luggage which was nice manner. Once when we arrived in apartment it was spacious kitchen with rooms, modern toilet and absolutely the best part balcony and terrace facing the islands and the port, Magnificent view. Wifi in the whole area was very strong never had a problem with signal. Family is very helpful and nice. Any information needed we got it!. We have been staying before in other accommodations so far this is the best experience. I would like to point out regarding the stairs. Its just couple of them there is actually path where you can go around if not willing use the steps. I would recommended this property to anybody seeking nice, hospitality family, quiet area, amazing view. Worth money.

We stayed at Rooms Alan for one night - we were doing a transfer from Dubrovnik to Split via coach and it is a three minute walk to the main Bus Terminal. The rooms are in a beautiful family property overlooking the sea - wonderful views. Alan was lovely, very friendly and helpful and gave us the WiFi password which was great. The room had its own balcony so we could sit and look out over the sea. Rooms Alan was a fantastic experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. For those complaining about the steps up to the property - this is Dubrovnik - everywhere is up steps!

From the moment you walk in the door you immediately take a breath and relax. Alan and his mother are the most welcoming and professional hosts you could wish to meet with incredible attention to detail, they have created the most. The rooms are lovely and clean.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rooms Alan and would recommend it to all of our family and friends.

We had an amazing 3 nights at Rooms Alan. The room was very clean and comfortable.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. We lost our luggage and they did everything for us to get it back.
The accommodation is near main bus station, port, restaurants, shopping mall and much more.
As well, if needed, transfer can be arranged to the airport. There is nice terrace with perfect view on marina, and Elafiti Islands.
We had so many questions and Alan was willing to help us. His mother is amazing woman very funny too. For sure will reccommend to our friends and family. Thank you Alan so much for unforgettable vacation. With Love, Alyssa and James.

Amazing view from the balcony. The apartment was a very clean, quiet, very reasonably priced suite with kitchen, within walking distance to a couple of grocery stores, port and main bus station, as well as the town center. Wi-Fi just perfect. Very good bus connection, approximately every 5-10 minutes bus to the old town. From the beginning to end, the owners were attentive and helpful, the perfect hosts. For sure will recommend to our friends and family.
