Alpine Spa Residence offers modern apartments and a 450 m² spa area in the centre of Bad Kleinkirchheim, only a few steps away from the Römerbad Thermal Spa.
All apartments are elegantly furnished and have a balcony or a terrace. Parking is available free of charge.
The spa area features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a Finnish and a herbal sauna, a steam bath and a modern gym.
The valley station of the Kaiserburg Cable Car is only a 5-minute walk away. Restaurants, shops and a supermarket are close by. Hiking and cycling trails start right next to Alpine Spa Residence.
From May 1 to November 1, the Carinthia Card is included in the apartment price for our guests.

Super location of the facility, close to the bottom station of the gondola. Close to the thermal baths, shops, just a few minutes on foot. The beds were comfortable. Balcony with nice view. There was a well-equipped kitchenette. Great Spa and mini gym. There is a lift in the property. On site there was an opportunity to buy wine, drinks and snacks. Wi-Fi worked well. Free parking at the hotel. We had a very pleasant stay. Recommend.
