Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance.

Check-in from 17:00 to 19:30 is free of charge from Monday to Saturday.
From 19:30 onwards, as well as on Sundays and public holidays (all day), there is a fee of €30, payable upon key collection.

Outside of standard hours, we can only deliver keys if the online check-in has been completed (otherwise, it will be considered a no-show and the full amount of the stay will be charged).

Please note that last-minute bookings may be subject to a check-in delay of up to 2 hours (until 19:00).该住宿不允许举办男性聚会、女性聚会或类似的聚会。
