+ The owners of the property were very friendly but did not speak English + The room was clean with balcony + Free parking available + Good location + good distance from all amenities in Livigno + Fast and stable Wi-Fi - No fan in the bathroom - No food for breakfast limited choice - No vegetables at all - No kettle and fridge in the room - The communication barrier was quite annoying :(.
